What We Do
At Instilling Light, we offer a supportive space to explore your experiences, understand your patterns, and build on your strengths. We believe healing happens through connection, and therapy can help you move past barriers toward greater clarity, balance, and well-being.
“Helping you heal, grow, and reconnect with your authentic self.”
Individual Therapy
Find healing, clarity, and renewed hope.
Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, the effects of trauma, relationship challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don't have to navigate it alone.
Individual therapy offers a safe, compassionate space to explore your experiences, gain insight into unhelpful patterns, and develop new ways of coping. Together, we'll build on your strengths, process life's challenges, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
Couples Therapy
Reconnect, communicate, and grow together.
Every relationship experiences seasons of struggle. Communication breaks down, trust is tested, conflicts repeat, or life's demands create distance between partners.
Couples therapy provides a supportive environment where both partners can feel heard and understood. Together, we'll strengthen communication, rebuild connection, navigate conflict more effectively, and foster a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
Family Therapy
Strengthen relationships and build healthier connections.
Families face many challenges, from life transitions and parenting concerns to conflict, grief, or changes that affect the entire family system.
Family therapy creates a space where each person's voice is valued while working toward greater understanding, healthier communication, and stronger relationships. Together, we'll identify patterns, strengthen connections, and help your family move forward with greater confidence and resilience.
Group Counseling
Group counseling can provide the opportunity to connect to other individuals on a similar journey, to feel less alone and isolated, and receive validation in your experience.
