Braeden Fallet, MFT -C

Welcome! I’m Braeden. I believe that we all have the strength, resilience, and resources within us to achieve desirable change and live rewarding lives, and I’m passionate about walking with individuals and families as they discover this power within themselves.

I enjoy working with couples, families, and individuals navigating life, whether that's experiencing transition, navigating sexual difficulties, processing grief, managing anxiety or OCD, or simply wanting to communicate more effectively. I'm particularly drawn to working with military and veteran couples, as well as clients of any religious background seeking a therapist who will understand and honor their religious or spiritual framework in the therapy process. My approach focuses on identifying the deeper patterns at play, so you can build solid foundation and move forward in your life with clarity and hope.

I help couples develop communication and connection, pulling from evidence-based methods such as Gottman and EFT, as well as sex therapy methods. For individuals, I employ somatic work, mindfulness and talk therapies to help access inner resources and feel more integrated. We'll work together to understand the whole picture, not just isolated symptoms.

A native of Westminster, I love spending time in the mountains, learning new languages, and picking up diverse hobbies. I received my undergraduate from the University of Notre Dame and Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University in 2025.

I’m a Marriage and Family Therapy Candidate, Colorado MFTC.0014973, under Supervision of Linda Stilling, MS LMFT, CO MFT. 0001454, Illinois 166.02251, Iowa 117245, WI 1060-124, Texas 204293
