Clara Larsen

As technology continues to shape the way we connect, relationships—whether between partners, families, or within ourselves—often need extra support to navigate these changes. As a goal-oriented couples, family, and individual counselor, I focus on helping clients create clear, meaningful objectives that lead to tangible growth and lasting change.

My approach emphasizes collaborative goal-setting, working closely with couples, families, children, and individuals—including new moms and those navigating ADHD—to identify strengths, clarify challenges, and define realistic goals. Through structured yet flexible sessions, I support clients in strengthening communication, managing emotions, resolving conflict constructively, and deepening emotional connection.

I am trained in Brainspotting, a trauma-informed modality that helps access and process deeper emotional experiences, and I incorporate Geek Therapy to creatively engage clients by integrating their interests, fandoms, and technology into the therapeutic process—especially helpful for children, teens, and neurodivergent individuals.
By empowering clients with practical tools, insight, and collaborative support, my goal is to foster resilience, improve relationship satisfaction, and promote meaningful, sustainable change across all stages of life.

I am a mother of two constantly busy children who follow in the footsteps of their hobby-enthusiast father. As a family, we participate in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I am a hobbyist photographer. I enjoy finding beauty in the world around me as much as I enjoy finding it in my clients.
