Jamie Dinneen, LPC (pending)
My name is Jamie Dinneen and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. I received my Master's degree from the University of Denver in 2023. I am also trained in EMDR and received my training through EMDR Center of the Rockies.
My approach to helping clients involves helping them understand the function of their thoughts and feelings, honoring these thoughts and feelings, and moving forward with a better awareness of themselves. I use an integrative approach in session that is mainly based in CBT and EMDR. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives and I am excited to help facilitate you through your journey.
My Specialities include adult individuals who have experienced trauma, grief, life transitions, anxiety, and depression.
Outside of the therapeutic space, I enjoy knitting, baking, ice skating, and generally enjoying the beautiful state we live in!
