Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in painful relationship patterns. Others are navigating anxiety, trauma, parenting stress, life transitions, grief, or the quiet weight of trying to hold everything together for everyone else. Whatever brings you here, I believe healing begins in safe, authentic connection and in feeling truly seen and understood.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I strive to create a space where clients feel supported enough to explore difficult experiences, better understand themselves, and move toward meaningful and lasting change. Together, we work to identify patterns that no longer serve you, strengthen relationships, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been lost beneath stress, pain, or survival mode.
I have experience with individuals, couples, and families, and I especially enjoy helping clients navigate relationship challenges, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and the complexities of parenting and family life. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical — a place where insight, healing, and growth can happen at a pace that feels right for you.
Outside of the therapy office, I am a wife, a mom to growing teenagers who keep me humble, laughing, and constantly filling the snack drawer, and dog mom to Cherry, who firmly believes personal space is optional. These parts of my life continue to deepen my appreciation for the messiness, vulnerability, humor, and resilience that come with being human.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with advanced training in EMDR, Brainspotting, attachment-based therapy, trauma-informed care, and family systems work. My clinical approach integrates evidence-based practices with a strong belief in the healing power of authentic human connection.
