Katie Bell

My name is Katie Bell and I’m a Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) Intern from Regis University, with a decade of experience in trauma-informed care and family advocacy. My work is deeply personal to me, shaped by my own experience as a parent, both through birth and adoption. This blend of professional training and lived experience is exactly what inspired me to become a therapist, where I focus on bringing down-to-earth, relational, and high-impact therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families.

Over the last ten years—doing everything from managing family support programs to teaching preschool—I’ve worked face-to-face with people navigating complex trauma, major life transitions, and tough family dynamics. As a therapist, I use evidence-based relational tools to help clients untangle complex systems, heal from old wounds, mend relationships, and build a solid foundation for the future.

Outside of work and family, I am a passionate gardener and reader.  I also am trying very hard to enjoy exercise, currently focusing on running and yoga.  I look forward to connecting with you.
